Born
in June 1978 in St Jean sur Richelieu. Marie-Andrée
became interested in drawing when she was twelve and learnt
oil painting on her own at the age of fourteen.
Upon
receiving her diploma in visuals arts from the CEGEP
du Vieux Montréal she continued studying illustration at the
Collège Salette.
Marie-Andree has won a
number of prizes at different municipal exhibitions and her work
has gained recognition and is now carried by numerous galleries
and collected by an established clientelle . She made her
definitive move to the art market at the age of nineteen.
