Michel
Pleau was born in 1949 in Trois Rivières,
Quebec and began his career in the field of graphic
design. Since 1972 he has participated in more
than 20 group exhibitions in North America and Europe. Michel
is a member of the l'Association des Artistes Peintres
Créateurs Associés du Québec.
Michel's exquisite compositions are marked by an nusually rich texture, superb
colours, and a remarkable play of light. Painting landscapes, he tries
to stay close to reality without compromising his painting style.
Michel does not copy nature but rather lets it inspire him and awaken the spirit
from within. |
